Day 1

MERHABA CAIRO!

Get ready to say “Merhaba!” as you touch down in Cairo and meet your new travel buddies. After checking in, we’ll have a quick icebreaker session so everyone can get acquainted before the adventure begins. Take in your first glimpses of the iconic pyramids, soak up the vibrant energy of the city, and unwind at the hotel.
As the evening sets in, you’re free to head out and sample some authentic Egyptian cuisine at a local restaurant or simply relax by the pool and recharge. Tomorrow, the real adventure begins!

Day 2

Pyramids of Giza + Sakkara + Overnight Train

Time to tick off one of the biggest bucket-list experiences ever! We kick off the day exploring the ancient Step Pyramid of Saqqara before making our way to the legendary Giza Pyramids. Prepare to be blown away by the sheer scale of these ancient wonders, snap that iconic pyramid photo, and come face-to-face with the mysterious Sphinx. Expect epic views, fascinating stories, and enough content to keep you social media busy for days! As the sun sets, it’s time to swap the city lights for an overnight adventure! We board our train from Giza to Aswan, sit back and enjoy the journey south as we make our way towards the next chapter of the trip—a magical Nile cruise awaits!

Day 3

Aswan

Arrive in Aswan and board your Nile cruise, your home for the next three days. After check-in and lunch, visit the beautiful Philae Temple before setting sail on the legendary Nile and enjoying the stunning views from the deck. Later, visit the Nubian Village – a stunning photo op and get to interact with the locals to get a glimpse in their life. In the evening, we return to our cruise for some dinner and hangout with the squad or head out to see the music and fun filled cultural shows onboard your cruise.

Day 4

Abu Simbel | New Years Eve on the Nile

Start the day bright and early with an unforgettable trip to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, one of Egypt’s most iconic landmarks. Later, return to the cruise and continue sailing along the Nile, stopping at the fascinating Kom Ombo Temple before relaxing on deck as the river works its magic. At night, we ring in the New Year the Egyptian way! Dress up for a festive gala dinner onboard, enjoy live entertainment, dance the night away with your travel gang, and welcome the New Year under a sky full of stars as your cruise glides along the legendary Nile. It’s a celebration you’ll be talking about long after the trip ends.

Day 5

Nile River Cruise - Luxor

Start the New Year Today, as you head out to explore the remarkably well-preserved Temple of Edfu before heading to Luxor to uncover some of Egypt’s greatest treasures, including the colossal Karnak Temple, and the iconic Luxor Temple. It’s the perfect grand finale to an unforgettable journey along the Nile! Cruise along the Nile as well as you see local life pass by and enjoy the views as you sail along. Day 1 of New Year, relaxing!

Day 6

Hot Air Balloon | Valley of Kings | On to Hurghada

Rise with the sun and soar above the whimsical landscapes of Luxor in a hot air balloon, with stunning views of desert (optional). After a quick breakfast, we head for visit to the temple of Hatchepsut – the stunning queen of Egypt and visit the Valley of the Kings for some fascinating tidbits on history of this mystical city.
After a quick lunch, we board our bus to the coastal town of Hurghada. After views of the desert and the river, the turquoise blue waters of the Red Sea are a must for all travelers. Check in, grab some dinner and get ready to explore the magic of the Red sea for the next 3 days!

Day 7

Scuba Diving in the Red Sea

Time to trade pyramids for paradise! 🌊 Today, we dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea for an epic scuba adventure. Get ready to float alongside colourful coral reefs, spot incredible marine life, and experience a whole new world beneath the surface. Whether you’re ticking scuba diving off your bucket list or adding another dive to your collection, this is easily going to be one of the coolest days of the trip. Sunshine, salty hair, and unforgettable memories? Yes please!

Day 8

Chill at the Beaches of Beachy Hurghada

It’s your day, your way! Sleep in, grab a lazy breakfast, and explore Hurghada at your own pace. Pick up souvenirs for the folks back home, unwind at the beach with a refreshing dip in the Red Sea, or simply claim a lounge chair and soak up the sunshine.
As the trip winds down, slow things down and enjoy the laid-back vibe of this beach town. In the evening, we head out for one final night together—strolling along the lively promenade, hopping between local cafés or bars, and making the most of our last evening before it’s time to say goodbye.

Day 9

Hurghada to Cairo

One last sunrise by the Red Sea before we hit the road! We bid goodbye to Hurghada and board our (slightly long, but totally worth it) bus ride back to Cairo. If last night’s adventures got the better of you, this is the perfect time to catch up on some sleep and recharge. By evening, we’re back in the bustling capital for one final night in Egypt. Celebrate the end of an unforgettable journey with a memorable dinner by the Nile alongside your travel gang, reminiscing about all the incredible moments and planning your next adventure together. If you’re in the mood for some last-minute shopping, head to the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar to pick up souvenirs and gifts before calling it a night. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Goodbye Egypt

Yes. Vegetarian food is available almost everywhere in Egypt. Our trip buddy will also recommend places with good vegetarian options. For some activities however, options may be slightly limited.
