Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Are you a master of the art of persuasion? Do you have a knack for turning “maybes” into “definitelys”? We’re on the hunt for a Travel Sales Ninja to work their magic with potential clients.


  • Work your charm on potential clients, understanding their travel dreams and tailoring our offerings to match.
  • Be the go-to person for clients, answering their queries with a smile, whether it’s on calls, emails, or social media.
  • Use your convincing powers to turn leads into clients, closing deals with finesse and enthusiasm.
  • Keep track of leads, follow up diligently, and maintain a high conversion rate that leaves everyone in awe.
  • Build and maintain magical relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and turning them into lifelong travel companions.
  • Provide impeccable customer service that leaves clients not just satisfied, but utterly enchanted.
  • Bring your creative flair to the table, coming up with unique and quirky ways to engage potential clients and keep them hooked.
  • Work on Contracting with Hotels and DMC’s.
  • Handle end to end responsibility of Tour operations.
  • Coordinate between Trip leaders and Suppliers.
  • Booking hotels, taxi, flights, and assisting customers on visa documentation.
  • Research new hotels, restaurants, activities and local suppliers.


  • Any graduate/post-graduate degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in the travel industry, is a bonus, but if you have the charm, we’re all ears!
  • Excellent communication skills – you must be able to charm clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Quirky personality and a sense of humour; we believe in making work as fun as a trip to Disneyland!
  • Ability to handle rejection with grace, because even wizards miss a spell or two.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and a passion for exploring the world – after all, you’re selling dreams!
  • You should be based in Pune only.

Job Title: Travel Operations Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra


We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Travel Operations Executive. This position is crucial in overseeing the details of travel operations, including creating vouchers, preparing detailed travel notes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences, we invite you to join our team.


  1. Itinerary Planning: Develop comprehensive travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and travel constraints. Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to customize travel plans based on specific requirements.
  2. Preparing Vouchers: Develop and create detailed travel vouchers for clients, encompassing all aspects of their itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Ensure accuracy and clarity in voucher details, providing comprehensive information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Travel Notes and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive travel notes and documentation for clients, offering insights into destinations, cultural nuances, and any specific travel requirements. Collaborate with travel agents and guides to gather relevant information and insights for inclusion in travel documentation.
  4. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing pre-travel information. Customize and personalize travel notes based on client preferences and interests.
  5. Coordination with Vendors: Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and other vendors to ensure that travel vouchers are accurately reflected in their systems. Address any discrepancies or changes promptly and effectively.
  6. Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, coordinating with on-the-ground teams to address challenges and ensure a positive client experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in travel operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
