WHAT TO EXPECT

When it comes to Amsterdam, the Red Light District and legalized substances may get the lion’s share of the headlines, but the city’s way more than that. It’s a masterwork of urban planning and architecture, a hive of culture and cuisine, a center of art and history, and a global leader in progressive thought.

Kick things off outdoors with your new friends on a luxury boat cruise through the canals before you cycle through the bike capital of the world. Spend your days diving into Dutch cheeses or sweet stroopwafels and your nights hitting up world-famous bars and clubs. Get lost in flea markets overflowing with antique goods, marvel at timeless architecture, and explore museums, quiet backstreets, and buzzing central squares with a group of brand-new friends.

If you’re after a quick solo travel escape to one of the most atmospheric cities on the planet or even a warm-up to a longer FTLO adventure, Amsterdam’s the culture trip for you.

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

day by day

Day 1

Hello Bali!

Welcome to Ubud – the artsy soul of Bali! Think lush forests, waterfalls doing their thing, endless rice fields, and those snazzy volcanic mountains. For the next 3 nights Ubud is going to be your home. Evenings are all about kicking back, or just chillin’. And guess what? You’re about to make pals with your fellow wanderers while we have a quick ice breaking session. Let the good times roll!

Day 2

Countryside ubud ATV tour | Cretya infinity pool

Explore the city on bikes as we discover some of Gaudi’s hidden gems. The highlight is ofcourse a visit to his most famous work – La Sagrada Familia. Explore the interiors of this work of art. We would also visit Parc Guell, Casa Mila, Arc De Trimophe, etc. In the evening we head out in this buzzing city for an amazing pub hopping & boozing with some free shots!

Day 3

Ubud chasing Waterfalls, Rice Terraces & Jungle Swing

Chasing waterfalls & countryside?
Start your adventure at Kanto Lampo Waterfall, where you can refresh with cool mountain water and admire the unique rock formations. Continue to the peaceful Tibumana Waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery and perfect for photos and relaxation.
Then, visit the hidden gem of Tukad Cepung, a magical waterfall inside a cave where you can take a dip in crystal-clear waters. Afterward, enjoy a delicious local lunch before heading to the elegant Tirta Gangga Water Palace, known for its tranquil ponds, fountains, and charming statues.
End your day at the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces, where you’ll learn about local farming and take in the views from the famous Ubud Swing (At additional cost) — a perfect photo opportunity with stunning landscapes.
A refreshing mix of nature, culture, and unforgettable view

Day 4

Hello Gili | Let's party

Early morning we check out of Ubud and board our ferry to travel to the party capital of Bali – Gili Trawangan. Check in for a stay of 2 nights.
Today evening we explore the vibe and energy of Gili T. Just go with the flow and experience the electrifying night life of this island. Listen to Reggae music and binge some absolutely delicious local food.

Day 5

Snorkeling/Scuba Diving in Gili Islands

Get ready for a wild ride! Imagine the ocean as a treasure chest full of surprises, just waiting for you to open. We’ve got super adventurous instructors who’ll lead you to the Gili Islands – that’s Gili Meno, Gili Air, and Gili Trawangan – for some snorkeling magic.
Think of it as an underwater carnival. You’ll meet fancy fish, chill turtles, and even check out these artsy sculptures like a true explorer. And guess what? The coral gardens are like nature’s fireworks!
So, get your swim gear on because you’re in for an underwater party!
PS: Feeling extra daring? You can level up to scuba diving – just a little extra cost.

Day 6

Gili to Seminyak! | Beach clubs and chill vibes

We bid adieu to this enchanting Gili island and hop aboard our ferry, sailing back to Bali. Our next stop: Seminyak for 2 nights of pure indulgence. As the sun starts to dip, we’re off to hit the clubs and dive headfirst into the vibrant energy of this coastal haven. From beachside clubs that are practically a dance floor paradise to restaurants that promise to take your taste buds on a Balinese joyride, tonight in Seminyak is all about living it up!

Day 7

SURFING lessons | Beach Clubs n Chilling

Experience your first experience riding the waves and learn how fun surfing is! Get to know the basics from paddling out to finally standing on your board. Your local instructor will be there guiding you every step of the way. And when you finally balance your surfboard, the adrenaline you get is totally out of this world. Literal main character vibes out of a movie! And you takeaway a new skill with you back home to brag about. If time permits you can even opt to visit the Uluwatu Temple.
In the evening we will head to Finns beach club or explore some more beach clubs in Seminyak.

Day 8

Seminyak to East Java

The real adventure kicks off today! We’ll check out in the morning and leave Bali behind as we hit the road toward the island’s western tip. It’s a scenic 3.5-hour drive filled with lush landscapes, rice fields, and those peaceful rural vibes that just hit different. If time allows, we’ll stop for some epic photo ops at the Insta-famous Wanagiri Hills and the serene Ulun Danu Water Temple — both perfect to soak in some last Bali magic before we cross over.
Next up: ferry time! We’ll board for a breezy 1-hour cruise across the Bali Strait, leaving the Island of the Gods and heading straight for the raw, untamed beauty of Java. On the way, we’ll refuel with lunch at a cozy local spot (trust us, your taste buds will thank you).
Once we arrive at Ketapang Port in Banyuwangi, we’ll head straight to the guesthouse or homestay near the Ijen area — your base for tomorrow’s jaw-dropping adventure. Two islands, stunning landscapes, and an unforgettable journey — let’s gooo!

Day 9

Ijen Volcano Trek & Blue Fire

Your Ijen adventure kicks off at 12:30 AM! We’ll drive through rainforest and plantations to Licin village, reaching the base of Mount Ijen in about an hour.
Then begins a 1–1.5 hour hike under the stars to catch one of nature’s rarest shows — the magical blue fire blazing from deep inside the crater, only visible at two places on Earth! As the sun rises, take in the jaw-dropping views of the turquoise sulphur lake surrounded by dramatic crater walls.
Watch local miners carrying up to 80 kg of sulfur along narrow, rugged paths — a sight that’s both humbling and awe-inspiring. After snapping your fill of epic pics, we’ll hike back down, enjoy breakfast at hotel, and head back to Bali, arriving by late afternoon. On arrival in Seminyak check in the hotel for 1 night.

**Please note: Witnessing Blue fire is subject to weather conditions
