Visas and flights are not included as we have travelers coming from different cities of the country and the flight cost varies depending on the city of departure. However we would be guiding you for booking flights and applying for visas.
If your visa gets rejected you can reapply (if time permits) with the help of the visa consultant. Based on the reason for visa rejection you will be guided to add/change certain documents for re-submission. We generally suggest everyone to apply for visas as early as possible so that there is buffer of time to reapply in case of rejection. In case it gets rejected the second time then we refund the money back minus the deposit amount.
We need a minimum of 9 or more travelers for the Trip Buddy to accompany. Incase there are lesser travelers, local guides as per the activities are provided + constant backend support from the team is provided.
Intercity travel will be by trains or bus or flight. And intra-city travel will be by local metros/trams/buses to get a pure #livelikealocal experience.
We will be staying at hostels since it is a true backpacking experience. The hostels will have 6 – 8 bed dorms.
Yes. Based on the city you live in we would get you connected with a reliable visa consultant who can guide you through the visa documentations. Along with that we would be providing the necessary vouchers you would require for visa processing.
You can extend your trip before or after the group trip dates. We can recommend you and guide you about the places that you can visit.
Sourabh Thakur2024-10-23I’ve been on a few group tours with other operators, and my trip to Vietnam was my first with Trips N Tales. It was a no-hassle experience, start to finish. The boutique hotels were of a good quality, and our itinerary comprised of different experiences including history, adventures, local experiences and much more! Add in a wonderful group of 20 and 30somethings I now call friends, and I’m one happy traveler. I will definitely be booking with Trips n Tales again!Sourabh Thakur2024-10-23I highly recommend tnt for curious travelers who enjoy going to the source to learn about new cultures and love meeting like-minded people. Went to Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi, and some offbeat places like Khao sok & Cheow lan. Such a memorable trip. We partied, we talked for hours, danced on streets. Pleasant stays and transfers provided by T&T. Would highly recommend them . And the cherry on top was our tour guide Aditi, she’s amazing. We vibed so hard, we have found a friend for life. Thanks guys ♥️Divya Lilhare2024-10-05I just completed the Turkey trip and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing time I had. The group was wonderful and our trip leader was simply the best. She was on top of everything and made travel easy for the group. The itinerary is a good balance of activities and free time which I really enjoyed. I was able to do my own exploring and nerd out on history while others got to do their own things. So glad I added a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia, it’s a must when you are there! I had done one prior group trip with a different company that didn’t go very well, but this was completely different and I will do Trips n tales again without hesitation. Totally worth it!
