Eligibility:
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
Return or exchange is applicable only once per order.
Returns or exchange(if applicable)
You can apply for refund or exchange if the product received is damaged, or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product or if you have received the wrong order.
**Please refer to the size chart to avoid any confusion.
The procedure for refunds and exchange is as follows:
- Check into your account on our website and request for a refund along with the reason for the refund.
- Once your request for exchange/refund is confirmed, we will initiate a reverse pick up for your order.
- Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please ensure that the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
- Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has no damage or has been misused in anyway and the tags are intact we will ship the new product to you or process your refund as per your convenience.
Please note:
- The coffee mugs once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchange and refund is applicable on the hoodies and t-shirts.
- The return shipping charges are borne by the customer and hence refunds processed are minus the shipping charges.
- Refunds processed would take about 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account
- Returns and exchange possible within 7 days of of product delivery
- Refund will be processed once the product reaches us and goes through a quality check. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange is possible only once per order.
